ISAS BioImage Suite HomeISAS BioImage Suite is an open tool for performing ictal-interictal SPECT analysis. It performs the same style analysis as ISAS using SPM but with improvements to the user interface and registration methods. We recommend ISAS BioImage over the original ISAS implementation in SPM for all who plan on doing this type of analysis.
